When should we start recruiting the project team?

Can you fill just some of the roles?
Yes. Some clients ask us for the whole team; others ask for the hardest-to-fill roles only, such as HV engineers, commissioning managers or planners.
Do you recruit outside Gauteng?
Yes. Many projects are in the Northern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West. We recruit nationally and look for people who live near the site or are willing to work on rotation.
