Nationwide, Multi-Site and Volume Recruitment

When a logistics business opens new depots, restructures or wins a large contract, it often needs managers, supervisors and support staff at several sites at once. What We Assess

Logistics roles are about pace, people and service levels. We assess the scale of operations previously run (fleet size, depots, volumes), safety and KPI track record, labour relations experience in shift-based and unionised environments, and systems knowledge such as WMS and fleet management tools.
