PMG Recruitment Services

Recruitment Fraud Warning

PMG Recruitment Services will never ask you for money. We do not charge candidates any fee – not for registration, CV checks, interviews, training, uniforms, medicals, police clearance, travel or “placement guarantees”. Our fees are paid by the employers we recruit for.

Unfortunately, scammers sometimes pretend to be recruitment agencies to take money or personal information from job seekers. Please use this page to check whether a message really comes from us.

How to recognise a genuine PMG message

  • Emails come only from @pmgrecruitment.com or @pmgrecruitmentservices.net addresses – never from Gmail, Yahoo or other free accounts.
  • Our office number is 011 083 5231.
  • Every vacancy we are recruiting for is listed on our website under Open Vacancies.
  • We will always explain the role and ask for your permission before sending your CV to an employer.

Warning signs of a recruitment scam

  • You are asked to pay money, buy airtime or vouchers, or pay for training, a uniform, a medical or a “processing fee”.
  • You are offered a job without an interview, or the salary seems too good to be true.
  • Bulk “picker and packer”, “general worker” or overseas jobs offered through WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook groups.
  • You are asked for your bank PIN, passwords or an OTP.
  • Pressure to act immediately or “lose the position”.

What to do if you are unsure

  • Do not pay any money and do not share banking details, PINs or OTPs.
  • Contact us to check: email enquiries@pmgrecruitment.com or call 011 083 5231.
  • If you have lost money, report it to your bank immediately and open a case at your nearest SAPS police station.

If someone has contacted you claiming to be from PMG Recruitment Services and you are not sure it was us, please let us know – it helps us protect other job seekers.
