Overview

Our client, a professional/technical services and infrastructure consulting firm, is looking for a Project Assistant with Heavy Current electrical experience to provide strategic project advisory, facilitation and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic project advisory, facilitation and implementation services
• Monitor quality of work; review technical and non-technical reports
• Manage consultants’ timesheets, payments and contracts
• Oversee tracking of data, deliverables and deadlines; manage project risks
• Project coordination, administration, performance management and quality control
• Contribute to strategic business plans and approvals (e.g. municipal committee processes)
• Support technical delivery of building condition assessments, bills of quantities and drawings
• Research analysis, investment decision-making, cash flow and income projections
• Liaise with experts, specialists and clients

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree level education
• Must be registered with ECSA
• At least 3 years’ experience
