NPD and Marketing Traffic Coordinator

Salary: R26,000 – R32,000 net (depending on experience and level)

Overview

Our client, a manufacturer in the glass/decorative products industry based in Clayville, is looking for an NPD and Marketing Traffic Coordinator to manage workflow within the New Product Development (NPD) and Marketing departments, from project initiation through to production handover. This is a high-pressure, deadline-driven role coordinating multiple projects at once. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the NPD and Marketing project matrix daily; track schedules and milestones
• Coordinate workflow from project initiation to production handover
• Liaise with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and follow up on deliverables
• Monitor the production plan and ensure alignment between NPD and production requirements
• Ensure project documentation complies with quality (QFMS) requirements
• Monitor advertising/social media and internal marketing project timelines
• Provide daily progress updates and keep teams informed of outstanding actions

Minimum Requirements

• Residing close to Clayville, Olifantsfontein (no travel constraints)
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project management, product development or a creative/production environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Own reliable transport
• Flexibility with working hours, including every 7th weekend (Sat & Sun, 07:00-11:00)
• Industry exposure preferred: FMCG/food, advertising, marketing, packaging or production
• References, criminal record check, proof of education and previous payslips required
